displayed on site . It is presumed that we are not violating any copyrights.
There is no intention to violate intellectual copyright. However, if any
Agency has any objection, the same may be brought immediately to the notice
of PIMPL. We will ensure immediate Legal opinion on explicit observation/
complaint and take immediate steps to legalize it, if required.

offends any surfer we at FI.C take no responsibility concerning the impact

3. Cancellation of Membership. PIMPL hold the rights to
cancel your membership at its own discretion without assigning any reason.
Misleading job advertisements are a criminal offence under LAW. It is
generally unlawful for an advertiser to show any intention to discriminate
on the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, political or religious
belief or activity, parental or carer status, physical features, disability,
lawful sexual activity/sexual orientation, HIV/AIDS status or on the
basis of being associated with a person with one of the above characteristics.
FI.C/PIMPL can reject the membership of the advertiser anytime without
refund on suspecting criminal offence by the advertiser. In that case
advertiser need to produce documentary evidence without demanding any
claims or refund to prove its existence within 30 days from the date
of termination of membership. Only after scrutinising and verifying
the submitted documents, FI.C/PIMPL can reinstate termination of the
membership. FI.C/PIMPL will not refund any amount once paid by the advertiser
on termination of membership.

4. Performance: We make no express or implied warranties
or representations with respect to the scheme or any product sold through
any scheme. Also, we make no representation that operation of our site
will be error free or uninterrupted. Further we will not be liable for
any error or interruption.
5. Content Submission (A): Users of freelanceindia.com
are prohibited and not allowed to host, display, upload, modify, publish,
transmit, update or share any information that —

(b) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy,

(c) harm minors in any way;
(d) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

(g) impersonate another person;
(h) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or

or causes incitement to the commission of any
cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is

of FI.C, and the USER implicitly grants PIMPL the authority and right

other sites.These sites have their own schedule of updating the information.We
take no responsibility of updating or removing information related
to you from any other site or Search Engine whatsoever.You fully agree
with this and idemnify Freelanceindia.com and any of its users and
Search Engines against any liability whatsoever.
6. USER Responsibility. The USER assumes all responsibility
for use of the FI.C WebSite. The USER waives all claims against FI.C
or PIMPL, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, designers
and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the FreelanceIndia.com
Web Site.
7. Accuracy of Information & FI.C/Company's Liability.
Neither FI.C, nor its information contributors can be held responsible
by USER for the accuracy of the information found in the FI.C Web Site.
FI.C makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy or merchantability
of content or programming.

employers to post their projects or assignments. We do not screen
or edit the information as provided by users. FI.C is not involved

9. Limitation of Liability. FI.C's liability arising
out of or in connection with use of FI.C site regardless of its cause
will be limited to a maximum amount of Rs.1200.00 only i.e Rupees
One Thousand Two Hundred only.
10. Jurisdiction:
The agreement shall be governed by Indian laws jurisdiction will be
exclusively the courts of law Mumbai(Maharashtra).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties: The
information available on this site is provided on "AS IS"
and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any nature.
PIMPL / FI.C site does not provide warranties of any kind that the site
will operate error free without any interruptions or that its servers
and other equipments are free of any computer viruses, or other harmful
mechanism. FI.C / PIMPL will not be responsible for any costs arising
to for damaging to any equipment or information, due to use of FI.C
website. FI.C / PIMPL disclaims all warranties (to the fullest extent

12. Membership: Your one year premium
membership will be valid for one year.

who are beyond the control of FI.C / PIMPL and as such you are beyond
FI.C website. FI.C / PIMPL therefore provides no warranty or accepts
no responsibility or liability for the authenticity / availability of
any goods/ contents/ services offered by these sites. Neither we accept
any responsibility or liability for loss or damages direct or consequential
arising to you or violation of Indian international law arising due
to your use these sites in any manner.
