Job Responsibility

• Business development, marketing and sales of design and detailed engineering services for industrial plants, oil & gas projects, refineries, power plants etc.

• Handling RFQs, understanding tenders, making presentations for new enquiry and briefly explaining scope of work to estimation team, working as coordinator between client and engineering people for Technical queries clarification, getting estimation from engineering team with in time, getting approvals from engineering managers for pricing, estimated hours, profit margin, contingency allowances etc.

• Preparation of offers, preparation of other supporting documents required with offer (Scope of Work Doc, Assumptions and Exclusions, Methodology, Key personnel CVs, Project Organization chart etc.).

• Preparation of estimation sheet and costing sheet, actual pricing, profit margin, software charges, negotiation provision, risk provision etc.

• Registration of Citec with multinational EPC’s & Engineering consultancies etc.

Working as Sales & Project Coordinator in Bright Deal International General Contracting, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, since 02nd Jan 2020 to 05th December 2020.
