Involvement:

• Coordinate with the onsite team to get clarity on the requirements and design requirements

• As a Siebel Consultant involved in developing current release by automating the manual processes of the quote during Phase 0 of the project. Involved in designing and analysis of business requirements with various interfaces.

• Playing the role of Offshore Team lead was responsible for gathering technofunctional requirement and mapped them into business logic.

Description:

The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) is the largest public housing authority in North America.

NYCHA’s Conventional Public Housing program provides decent and affordable housing in a safe and secure living environment for low and moderateincome residents. NYCHA also administers a citywide Leased Housing Program, subsidizing rents in apartments it does not own.

Siebel along with other systems/applications like Oracle BI Publisher, Global Bay (Handheld), Oracle Fusion, Maximo etc are used to implement NYCHA’s programs.

Involvement:

• Coordinate with the onsite team to get clarity on the requirements

• As a Siebel Consultant involved in developing current release by automating the manual processes within Leased Housing, Application and Tenancy Administration (ATAD) and Maintenance Operations, using Siebel 8.0, assisting in design of Inspections, Move Out a participant, Annual Recertification, Restoration and Eviction processes, travelling to standard business meetings at client location to represent offshore BR functional lead gaining knowledge on the LH lifecycle to implement them into business logic ,and working closely with new developers both offshore and onsite.

• Playing the role of Offshore BR lead was responsible for gathering technofunctional requirement and mapped them into business logic during her onsite assignment. Also conducted meetings with the clients and BA’s during her stay at the client location.

OneSiebel is the CRM platform currently being deployed to Major Business, Global Services and BTNI(British Telecom Northern Ireland ).It is a platform that is intended for all account managed customers and leverages the latest Siebel 7.8 technology.

It is an instance of Siebel, which allows major Wholesale Customers to place Orders & track its progress. It is also used to store account, inventory and product information. Also, OneSiebel is used by BT agents to raise Service Requests against any complaintsissues relating to the products which BT caters to its end users.

Order creation and fault placement on One Siebel can be done via following 2 channels

1)One Siebel Internal Application – Used by Call Centre Agents.

2)One Siebel External Application (BT.Com) – Used by the End Customer.

Using eConfigurator we have Designed UI for internal application. We have designed 35 Customized Products for BT Wholesale Market.

Responsibilities:

• Studied the requirement and highlevel design for the Fault placement process and prepared the Lowlevel design document to configure the application and interfacing of the system with external systems with Siebel Integration capabilities.

• Customized the outofthebox using Siebel Tools creating and modifying business objects, business components, views, screens and applets.

• Involved in the configuration of Static & Dynamic Picklists using Joins and LOVs.

• Customized Pick Applets, Associate and toggle applets and configured MVGs using Links, MVLs and MVFs.

• Customized the application creating workflows, business services, custom buttons using Siebel eScript and implemented other declarative alternatives like User properties and data validation methods.

• Developed inbound / outbound Workflows, Workflow Policies and Workflow Actions for automation of order and billing processes and integrating with the external systems.

• Created Custom business services, Siebel EAI Business Services, Integration objects, EAI Data Mapper, XML Converter.
