Source the best suitable profile for current requirement. o 3. Hands on experience to work on Niche Skills & Fresher’s requirement as well. o Scheduling Interviews with panel. o 1. Panel Co-ordination o 2. Arrange interviews through Telephone/F2F/Skype/Zoom. o Report Generation. o 1. Maintain Excel sheet on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

o Employee Relations.

o After on boarding maintain a professional & friendly relation with employee.

o To contribute in Employee Engagement Activities

o Suggesting new ideas, for various occasion or employee special days. To maintain harmony & transparency employee & organization.
