• Handling end-to-end litigations – Civil Laws, IPR Law, Employment Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer disputes, Information Technology Law, Company law, Property Law, Labour & Industrial Disputes, and Drug & Cosmetic Act.

• Drafting and Preparing Plaints, Written Statements, Interlocutory Applications, Legal notices & commercial agreements & contracts.

• Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, clinical trial agreements.

• Ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.

• Review due diligence and assist in the preparation of documents for corporate transactions.

• Proficient in drafting and vetting various legal and commercial documents including deeds, agreements & contracts pertaining to property and various business transactions, conducting legal due diligence, title search, employment consultancy and various other legal matters.

• Support to commercial business by preparing and reviving commercial contracts and prepare Customer Agreements, Assignment deeds, Power of Attorneys and other legal documents.

• Planning and Conducting Vendor, Site Audits as per client requirement for clinical trial management.

• Providing consulting services on Clinical trials to CRO.
