I own an India Private Limited Company and need to shutdown the entity. The CA firm I`ve been using for over eight years has spent the last three years telling me they don`t have time to shut it down. We are no longer a priority. I need this resolved once and for all. I`m hoping that a freelance India CA professional finds this kind of work interesting and profitable. I`ve read enough about the process to know that it`s just not that much work, but work that`s not that interesting for an old CA firm like i`ve hired. Please help.
