AEPL outsourcing of drawing & B.O.M generation.SCOPE
There are nine drawings as per the enclosed sheet. The scope of the work is to deliver error free drawings
which can be used to manufacture the equipment without re-work due to error in drawings. The vendor shall
ensure that the drawings are suited for manufacturing by generating 3D models (or any other convenient
method). These are not a part of deliverables package but required to ensure fitments. The vendor is free to
use suitable software they are comfortable with.
DELIVERABLES
1. B & W dwg in .pdf format with clear & legible dimensions, notes, etc.
2. Coloured dwg in .pdf format using dark colours & legible dimensions, notes, etc.
3. .dwg file (for reference & editing only)
INITIAL LOT SIZE
Being first attempt to outsource this critical function, we have decided to start with initial lot of 9 drawings
(as per enclosed list). Sizes & a few reference drawings are provided for perusal.
Initially, we had estimated 15-20 drawings to be made. But this has been scaled down for our trial order.
SELECTION
Based on the conversation which has already taken place, acceptance of this specification and further
response, vendors will be shortlisted. Then after video interview, vendors will be selected based on pricing
and completion schedule.
COMPLETION
We expect work to be completed in 2 weeks. Vendors to specify if they can comply with our expectations.
If not feasible, please specify realistic deadline from your end.
ONGOING ENGAGEMENT
Vendor can expect more work in the near future based on quality & timely delivery of the work
