1.Graduate in any discipline.
2.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills and Communications Trainer in a Corporate/Institute environment.
3.Experience in coaching people on communication and soft skills.
4.Taking best quality classes and satisfy the students, drive for self-growth as a faculty.
5.Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
6.Handling counselling of the walk-ins for knowledge products, whenever required.
7.Overview the content preparation for various programs.
8.Course scheduling for various batches / session planning.
