I am in Cameroun (Douala) and would like to buy a product in India name "Talimus". I found an online shop (https://www.1mg.com/drugs/talimus-0.1-ointment-140605) but the cannot provide me the drug in Cameroon where I am. The price is Rs. 240 (not expensive) but the issue is how to send it to me; so I would like a person able to buy it for me and send in Cameroon.
