Business strategy development for an international Bancassurance based JV
Completed a 5 weeks’ business engagement during MBA program with CIGNA & CMB Life Insurance Company, a JV between Cigna Health Insurance and China Merchants Bank (CMB) to create strategies for expanding their customer base in China. Designed an insurance product, developed business strategies and financial analysis under different market scenarios and marketing plan for the product with the target of acquiring 1 million customers in the first 5 years. Created a business case for the product and conducted a presentation session for the CEO of the company and his team.
Agile Project Management for a startup providing SaaS based mobile analytics
Interfaced with customers & partners for on-boarding them to the 1SDK analytics platform. Liaised between Product and Tech teams for bridging functional requirement with technical implementation.
Provided feedback and inputs to customers based on information obtained through Attribution analytics, Retention (Churn) and Predictive analytics of data from Ad campaigns run for their mobile apps.
Service Delivery Management for a Dutch manufacturing company
Managed part of the service delivery of the IT infrastructure and applications support project for AkzoNobel. Played a pivotal role in reducing ticket volume from server alerts and propping up the SLA to 95 in the first 6 months of the project. Was the SME for client’s McAfee antivirus environment and ensured that no issues had to be escalated to the vendor. Participated in the ISO 27001 information security management audit for the project.
Transition Team Management for a UK retail company
Managed a technical team during the transition phase of IT infrastructure and applications support project for House of Fraser. Travelled to the client’s premise in the UK for knowledge acquisition and set up a support and service delivery team in India. Analyzed and resolved a critical data update issue between client’s stores and central database. Successfully integrated ITIL best practices into daily operations and advised service improvement plans to the client. The team won accolades from the client for completing the transition phase of the project before expected timeframe.
Technical Support for a Scandinavian shipping company
Member of technical team managing the IT infrastructure and applications support and service delivery project for Wallenius Wilhelmsen. Made significant contributions to achieve and maintain client SLA. Worked closely with Microsoft, Symantec and other third party vendors to resolve issues with the business applications.
Designed a new McAfee platform based antivirus environment for AkzoNobel and won the project contract from the customer. AkzoNobel was considering rewarding the project to McAfee after initial difficulties faced by Capgemini Netherlands team in designing the environment. The project cost was billed to more than € 100,000. I was involved in the initial planning of the project, budgeting, resource allocation and training of resources.
Conducted a consultancy session at the premise of CSM in the Netherlands to solve critical issues related to their McAfee antivirus environment and successfully pitched for an upgrade project of the environment during the session.
