Avaya/Nortel L3 Support- AACC/Symposium/Avaya Aura Experience Portal.(Aug 2013 to Till date..) We supports the Contact Centers customers from USA & APAC region, I am a member of Avaya Backbone team,Our daily task involves Contact Center Installation,troubleshooting,solution implimentaiton as per customer new enhancements/requirements, patching activities and carrying out maitanance windowns as per the customer requirements.

ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND(RBS-TCS): (Jan 2013 to Aug 2013) This project is for the Banking account holders of RBS, Natwest & Ulster Bank. The support involves IVR application development as per the new enhancements/ requirements of the customer regarding Credit Card and banking related functionalities.

Bharti Tele Ventures Limited, India: (Jul 2011-Dec 2012) The Bharti Airtel is one of the giant telecom service provider provides mobility broadband and DTH services in APAC. This project is for west Indias domestic customers of Bharti Airtel. The task was Onsite Production support for IVR system, & CCSS having more than 9000 live ports which includes configuration maintenance & troubleshooting of Nortel MPS-1000 Application development, implementation of change requests for Bharti 121helpline IVR for Mobility, Telemedia (ABTS) and Airtel DTH 121 IVR services,

Reliance Communications: (Aug 2010-Jul 2011) This project is for the domestic & International customers of Reliance.The project involves application development of new enhancements/requirements for RCOM & RBPO.Configuration maintenance and trouble shooting for issues related to IVR apps. & Production support for Avaya IR.

IRCTC-139(Spanco Sept2007-Jun2009). This project is for tourist and passengers for Indian Railways.

The project involves application development of new enhancements/requirements for PNR, accommodation, Train schedule , arrival departure & online ticket reservation functionalities.
