 Procure to Pay Transformation: Led a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders to identify and define future state key procure to pay processes for complex categories. Defined as-is process for simple categories, collaborated with procurement, IT Finance, accounts payable and corporate IT departments to identify integrations points and areas of process improvements. Requirements & future state processes were documented to help the team implementing end to end procurement technology solution

 Enterprise Software Deployment: Played the role of a Regional Program Manager with leading APAC Insurance Company, responsible for identification of opportunities for driving down data reporting inefficiencies across client operations in APAC countries.
