Business Consulting for a Construction Company

- The project was for a Construction Company focusing on Landscaping. This was a family run business and my scope of work included the following

1. Organisational Restructuring - Set up the Line of Control and Hierarchy of the company to establish better communication and hence ownership

2. SOP - Designed Standard Operating Procedure documents for Design and Execution of Projects

3. Business Plan - Designed the 2 year business plan. Identified products / services that were profitable and those that were loss making and designed a working plan

4. Employee Retention - Worked on strategies of employee satisfaction and hence retention.
