- Overall supervision of company`s accounts (Invoicing, AR, AP and Billing) Adhering to deadline for billing, payroll, AR /AP.

- Manage the accounts receivable function for entire group Liaison with the clients spread all over the US for collection of dues (AR follow-up).

- Responsible for Vendor Payments.

- Matching the Vendor Invoices with payments before approving for further payment process.

- Preparing the Vendor payment reconciliations.

- Rigorous follow-up with all the clients on the unpaid invoices to clear the vendor payments.

- Responsible for developing monthly and quarterly projections.

- Responsible to come up with monthly, quarterly, annual and long term budget.

- Starting follow-up with the clients to reduced credit period from 90 days to 30 days.

- Preparing the Monthly sales projection reports.

- Escalating the complicated issues to the concerned Resource Managers and taking their help.
