    We are working on a project which involves some electronics engineer’s expertise. The details of the project are confidential and cannot be disclosed. We need an electronics expert to build a circuit which follows the logic as stated below:

    1. Start the process

    2. Linear actuator move to position (using position sensor)

    3. In that start position, the temperature sensor (which mounted on the linear actuator) starts taking readings. I would like a sensor which can take about 5-10 readings a second.

    4. Solenoid open

    5. Linear Actuator moving again to a given position in a given speed (speed control is important – low speed)

    6. Stepper Motor move to a given position (very low RPM, low number of steps. )

    7. Temperature sensor detect needed temp ( adjustable, probably need the use of PID CONTROLER)

    8. Solenoid shut off

    9. Stepper motor move back to original

    10. Linear actuator move to original position.

    11. End of program.

    NOTE: This process has to be repeatable and flexible for adjustments

    At this stage, due to the small budget, we would like to concentrate on the basic functionality of the device. Also since we are all of mechanical background, we would like your advice on choosing the right electronic components which will best suit this project.

    Besides the stepper motor and the linear actuator, I would rather you the recommend the most suitable components for this application.

    • Power supply can be AC/ DC (normal wall plug with/without adapter)

    • Temperature range is between 4-80 deg C

    • Few fluids may be involved such as water, cooking oil, milk.

    • Solenoid is by “NUMATICS” 262 series- can be 230/50AC, 24/50 AC or 24v DC.

    • On the screen I would like to display the current temperature of substance and maybe option for few pre-set programs- program 1, 2, 3 or something along those lines. At this stage, it can be very robust.

    ALL DESIGNS NEED TO BE ACCORDING TO AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS
