Job description
We’re looking for a committed, ambitious, and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our outbound lead-generation initiatives at NoFeePro (a subsidiary of Stoneleigh Consulting). You will generate leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media outreach) and qualify inbound leads to determine sales readiness. The Business Development Representative is expected to work cooperatively with colleagues and industry aligned Account Executives while independently structuring each day and strategy.Business Development Representatives do this by prospecting over the phone, through their networks, and building referral partnerships. These positions are compensated with one time uncapped commission, long-term residuals, and upfront bonuses. The compensation is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating passive income while working flexible hours.
What You’ll Do:
Leverage targeted, personalized outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to gain the attention of and secure meetings with decision makers
Generate discovery meetings for our Account Executives
Own the first half of the sales process
Research and identify potential partnerships
Develop lists, call/email/social outreach strategies, and relevant messaging to drive appointments/product demos
Work with our leadership team to create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists
Achieve or exceed monthly appointment quotas across a mix of small business owners, Director, VP, SVP, and C-level execs
Document use cases, purchase timeframes, next steps, and other critical details
Understand and convey the NoFeePro value proposition across multiple verticals and use cases
Use CRM and other tools to track activity and streamline workflow
